Ben Wilding is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Associate at At kinsRéalis with over 12 years’ experience in the d esign and delivery of drainage networks and sustai nable surface water management solutions (SuDS). H is work spans the environmental\, development and transport sectors\, with a focus on integrated dra inage strategies and climate-resilient infrastruct ure throughout the project lifecycle.
\n \nA recognised technical leader in nature-bas ed solutions\, Ben is part of the core Surface Wat er Management and Blue-Green Infrastructure leader ship group. He combines technical expertise with c ross-sector collaboration to promote the adoption of SuDS and deliver multi-benefit outcomes. Curren tly\, Ben is working with Anglian Water as a Subje ct Matter Expert and Technical Reviewer for SuDS\, supporting efforts to reduce CSO spills across So uthend and Great Yarmouth.
