 s is a senior infrastructure professional with ext
 ensive experience in the UK water sector. He curre
 ntly serves as Head of Delivery at Southern Water\
 , where he leads the execution of major programmes
  and projects across the region including the Clea
 n Rivers and Seas Taskforce.</p>\n \n <p>With a ca
 reer spanning project and programme management rol
 es within Southern Water\, Jon has developed stron
 g expertise in civil engineering\, drainage\, and 
 construction delivery. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Ci
 vil Engineering from the University of Greenwich a
 nd maintains professional accreditations with the 
 Association for Project Management and the Institu
 tion of Civil Engineers. </p>\n \n <p>Jon brings a
  practical\, delivery-focused perspective to infra
 structure challenges\, with a strong track record 
 in leading multidisciplinary teams and driving pro
 ject outcomes in complex operational environments.

 ineer with an Engineering Doctorate\, Nick has a s
 trong track record in delivering complex\, large-s
 cale infrastructure and transformation programmes 
 within the UK water sector. His work focuses on pa
 rtnership-led\, catchment-based approaches to redu
 ce storm overflows and enhance environmental resil
 ience\, including programmes demonstrated at scale
  across the South East.</p>\n \n <p>Prior to his c
 urrent role\, Nick held several senior leadership 
 positions at Southern Water\, including Head of th
 e Clean Rivers & Seas Task Force and Head of Pollu
 tion & Flooding Resilience\, as well as serving as
  Head of Innovation at Thames Water. </p>\n \n <p>
 Nick brings a forward-looking perspective on susta
