Professional Development Network Training Day - Infrastructure Excellence: Future Foundations Training Day

Registration is closed for this event
The Annual Training Day for the Professional Development Network is back, ahead of the 66th Annual Dinner. This years theme is all about infrastructure, we'll be hearing from industry leaders, government, and international perspectives on the challenges that face the UK infrastructure sector.

As future industry leaders we need to understand and recognise we are responsible for the challenge faced in the UK Infrastructure Sector. This training day hosted by J Murphy and Sons will focus on the infrastructure needs of today whilst looking forward to the future, enabling an opportunity for us discuss and debate the challenges that our industry face.

We'll be hearing a key note speech from Cadent COO - Howard Forster, followed by Professor Russel Thomas on Lessons Learnt from Infrastructure of the past. We'll then be hearing from Government on their perspective, followed by an international perspective from New Zealand presented by Jo Parker. The afternoon session will then turn the focus on to the today, with presentations on live large scale infrastructure projects.

We would like people to attend who:
• feel that they have been able to network with likeminded individuals, creating a solid community for the industry
• gain an understanding of the emerging technologies within the industry
• learn tools and techniques which will be useful for any role that they undertake in the future
• have the opportunity to stop and reflect on this real-world challenge.
As this is Professional Development Network Training Day please note that this event is open to delegates that are 35 years of age and younger.
