The Professional Development Network (PDN) has now been successfully restructured to better engage early-career professionals, strengthen connections across the pipeline industry and create more opportunities for members to network, learn and get involved.
The new structure introduces clear roles and responsibilities, supporting a stronger professional network and more member-focused events and initiatives. Roles include representatives for key sectors such as Wastewater, Cleanwater, Education, Estates & Stakeholders and Energy, alongside representatives supporting the Guild’s branches.
A new National Collective also provides an opportunity for members who do not wish to take on a representative role to contribute to the PDN, working alongside the Chair, Deputy Chair, and Sector and Regional Representatives.
