Launched in 2026 the Future Leaders Award will recognise and develop high-potential individuals in technical and leadership roles from one or more of the following.
- Technical excellence
- Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) leadership
- Sector impact
Eligibility criteria
- Nominee must be within the first 10 years of their career within the industry.
- Nominee must have support/reference of a manager or senior member of staff.
- Nominee must be from an active Band 5 or 6 member organisation.
2026 Future Leaders Award Winner:
Ellie-Kay Dawe, Adler & Allan
Awarded for for her innovative work on nature-based solutions, delivering benefits for carbon, cost and the planet. Ellie-Kay has demonstrated exceptional business acumen and leadership early in her career and is already making a significant impact within the Guild.
2026 Future Leaders Award Commendation:
Tom Beardsley, National Gas Services
The judges of the Future Leaders Award felt that another nominee deserved recognition for demonstrating significant leadership at the sharp (technician) end, in field operations which is an area currently under-represented in the Guild in terms of young professionals
