Site Visit to Mansfield Flood Alleviation Scheme

The visit will consist of a Technical Presentation to start with time for questions after, followed by site visits to several completed interventions and some in construction stage.

This session will cover:

•                    The nature of the project (background/context, drivers, partners and the underpinning approach etc

•                    Opportunities/benefits/value delivered.

•                    Challenges and how they’ve been overcome, or being worked through

•                    Key lessons learnt and implications.

•                    Demonstrate retrofitting suds across a catchment at pace is achievable.
