Registration is closed for this event
The Pipeline Industries Guild International Panel would like to introduce its first showcase on pipeline activities in Canada. In this interactive webinar we will be sharing an overview on the Canadian scene plus insights on ACTL. Please join us in this interactive webinar where we will explore how Canada is approaching energy. Thursday 23rd June 17.00-18.30 BST

Like the rest of the world, economic, social and technological changes are affecting sectors and regions across Canada.  Our first keynote speaker from this organisation, John Zahary from Altex-Energy, supported by Greg MacGillvary, Scenarios to Strategy, will provide an overview on the current energy landscape.

This will be followed by technical project detail on the Alberta Carbon Trunk Line (ACTL) systems, the world's newest integrated, large-scale carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) systems, which became fully operational in 2020.  The ACTL included participation from multiple partners to capture industrial emissions and deliver CO2 to mature oil and gas reservoirs in Central Alberta for use in enhanced oil recovery and permanent storage.  The speaker will be Cullen Colville, Director, Project Engineer, Wolf Midstream.
