About the Company:
Anglian Water is geographically the largest of the 10 regional water and sewerage companies in England and Wales. Part of it is located in the east of England and serves the needs of around six million industrial, commercial and domestic customers. Anglian Water's primary focus is to provide high quality drinking water and treat used water and sewage with a total commitment to sustainable development. It supplies over one billion litres of water every day through a network of 36,000 kilometers of water mains. It recycles 927 million litres a day of used water from homes and businesses at one of its 1077 water recycling centres before returning the cleaned water to the environment. The resulting biosolids from the water recycling process is then treated and turned into a high quality organic soil enhancer for farmers.
