The Northern Branch will be holding their 56th Annual Dinner at The Midland Hotel, Manchester on Friday 1st November.

The After Dinner Speaker will be Zoe Lyons.

Zoe Lyons took her first steps on the road to comedy back in 2003 after training as an actress at the Poor School in London. It was obvious that comedy was her true forte and she won the Funny Women Competition in 2004. Her debut Edinburgh show was nominated for the if.comedy newcomer award and in 2008 she won the Dave, Funniest Joke of The Fringe Award.

Zoe is now a familiar face on TV with credits including Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow (BBC1), Dave's One Night Stand (Dave) and Don't Sit In The Front Row (Sky Atlantic). She also regularly appears on The Wright Stuff (Channel 5) and Mock The Week (BBC2) and can regularly be heard on radio.

The Drinks Reception will start from 6.30pm with sit down for Dinner at 7.30pm, the event is Black tie.
