Sam Wickins has been the Engineering Lead at Murphy for the last 5 or so years. She has successfully helped navigate hundreds of graduates from their graduates schemes to their next steps, both in-house and external, by encouraging them to learn about themselves and their aspirations, consider their current skillsets and what they still need to learn, and to ultimately, think selfishly and effectively to get the most out of their early careers.
In this 30 minute lunch n learn session, Sam will cover the basics, of how to understand your current contract, and what this means for the end of your graduate scheme, she'll get you to ask yourself what have you learnt so far and where will this take you and she'll have you considering how impactful these very early steps are for your career.
