Stella Matthews, Head of Market and Policy Development, N-Gen Energy Solutions
Stella is a strategic public affairs and policy leader with over 8 years’ experience shaping the UK’s energy transition. She has a proven record of influencing Ministers, parliamentarians, civil servants and regulators, delivering evidence-based policy advocacy, and building trusted relationships at the highest levels. Her career spans hydrogen development, net zero strategy, and corporate governance.

 

Shobana Sivenendran
Energy Innovation Manager Uniper Germany
Shobana is currently an Energy Innovation Manager with Uniper Germany where she focuses on understanding how future movements in the energy sector may impact the business case of various energy asset types across Uniper’s four core markets – Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands and Sweden. She specialises in the economics of energy storage, flexible and hydrogen business cases, as well as power market dynamics. Her experience includes consulting for Aurora Energy Research’s Advisory arm with a primary focus on the energy markets of Great Britain and Western Europe. Shobana graduated with a PhD in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
