Ben Wilding is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Associate at AtkinsRéalis with over 12 years’ experience in the design and delivery of drainage networks and sustainable surface water management solutions (SuDS). His work spans the environmental, development and transport sectors, with a focus on integrated drainage strategies and climate-resilient infrastructure throughout the project lifecycle.

A recognised technical leader in nature-based solutions, Ben is part of the core Surface Water Management and Blue-Green Infrastructure leadership group. He combines technical expertise with cross-sector collaboration to promote the adoption of SuDS and deliver multi-benefit outcomes. Currently, Ben is working with Anglian Water as a Subject Matter Expert and Technical Reviewer for SuDS, supporting efforts to reduce CSO spills across Southend and Great Yarmouth.
