Established in 2013, Sapphire Utility Solutions Ltd (SUS) is a leading UK provider of infrastructure support services to the utilities and public sectors. We have grown from delivering minor works to managing critical water and wastewater infrastructure for several of the UK’s largest water companies. These collaborative working relationships include long term repair and maintenance frameworks as well as capital programme works. Developed to support our own works we have also established a standalone traffic management capability supporting high-volume and sensitive works across rural and urban networks. Our 1,400-plus workforce, supported by more than 300 vehicles and items of specialist plant, delivers an annual turnover exceeding £160 million. We provide integrated clean water, wastewater, highways and traffic management services, combining extensive operational capability with technology-enabled delivery, strong safety management and a customer-focused approach.
